Forms: (Best kick, punch & block for white and yellow belts) Forms competition will be judge in the following manner.  AYOP competition is an open forms division.  Any forms or combination of moves are permitted.  The judges criteria are bases on forms, focus, stance, power, proper execution and performance.  Once all the competitors have finished, the judges will review the scores for 1st to 4th place winners.  All white and yellow belts are not required to know a memorized form.  the judge will show and make the student to do a few kicks, punches and blocks to determine who performed the moves with most proper execution and performance.
